In House Dining

Guests staying with us are able to enjoy daily continental breakfast (included) or full breakfast (as an optional extra). We also offer high teas with all the trimmings and devonshire teas.

A mobile high tea service is also available to guests staying in local Stanley Accommodations.

Drink with Us

Complimentary loose leaf tea or pod coffee (King Room only) is available all day in guests rooms and a selection of Tasmanian wines and beer is available for purchase from guest room mini bars. An espresso machine in the house kitchen is also available during breakfast or for take away coffees.

Stroll with Us

We’d be happy to point you toward some of our favorite local walking trails, nearby dining and shopping boutiques and other tourist attractions, all accessible by car or a short stroll from the house. The small village is ideal to meander through the streets, view historic houses, see ‘the nut’ from all angles and walk the clean sands of Tatlows or Godfreys Beach perhaps even spot some local wildlife.

Smell the Roses

On warm Summer days, guests are welcome to amble through our rose, fruit and vegie garden, and chat with our two resident speckled hens.

Read Widely

Settle down in one of our cozy chairs in the shared dining/ lounge area or on the verandah with one of the many titles by a variety of authors of which our library boasts. Peruse as many as you’d like, as often as you’d like.

Invite a Friend

Have friends staying in other local accommodations, why not invite them to enjoy a high tea with you in our guest dining room. Please inquire when you book your stay for more information.
